    Stephen King

Stephen King once wrote a story about a possessed industrial iron called "The Mangler." The moral of that story is that it doesn’t matter what you write about—just make it a good story and write it well. ☮️

    Forgive

Since nothing we intend is ever faultless, and nothing we attempt ever without error, and nothing we achieve without some measure of finitude and fallibility we call humanness, we are saved by forgiveness. -DAVID AUGSBURGER

Are there any services or companies that help with self-publishing?

I use draft2digital, before that I used Smashwords. Before that Amazon itself. I'm not sure that's a good answer, since I'm not familiar with all the terms. But those got me published in all the major ebook stores.

    Hello 👋

I appreciate that cool idea. I'm not sure I have "insight," but I can muse philosophical, and I guess that can be taken or left.

    Hello 👋

    Your Writing Feats

I just finished reading "A Novel Idea" by Eddie Jones, really basic but I liked it. Now I'm reading "Rock Your Plot" by Cathy Yardley, and it seems like a good follow-up. I'm looking forward to doing something using the information soon, but I've been on hiatus a while and I'm taking it slow.

    Hello 👋

I'm scintilla, the same ancient one from the abandoned site. I've written since 1980, not published, although I self-published a couple of short stories which I'll point you to if asked. I'm dying (well I guess we all are) of a terminal disease, and I'm just trying to enjoy what I have left...
