Hi,
I've received a denail from Amazon to have access to some of the reviews on my first book. So I mailed them back asking what the reasons behind this competely idiotic decision are, and all I got was an answer that my request was denied. Again.
It's a bit strange to me that I am not allowed to see the reviews on my book. Not all of them, anyway. I can see one for a different book. Postive review, too. The reviews I am requesting access to are likely not great. Amazon does show that reviews have been made, and how many stars they are, just not the actual content of te review.
Does anyone here know why they are refusing access to information I might benefit from, and information that I kinda consider addressed to me?
