Any Chance of Re-Introducing the Horror Tag?

Just noticed it was absent, and that feels odd? I say this because I think people should know what they're in for before reading in that case, and titles don't always communicate that.
 
Its like anything else,if theres a demand for it we will, the point of the tags is to identify what we need sub fora for...on the OG forum we had it far too split up... as i recall there werent all that many horror stories and a lot of what there was could also clasasify as thriller
 
Horror vs thriller - that always seems to be a matter of taste. Take the movie Psycho - I've seen it described both ways, depending on who's reviewing.

My suggestion might be to combine the terms.

Could you provide an example - book or movie - of "horrific comedy"? I *THINK* I know what it is but I am not sure.....

I'm afraid I just meant horrific as in terrible. That may be a colloquialism, though.
 
I'd say a thriller is more focused on tension and less on fear than horror, but I can see how the boundary between the two is rather thin.
