Hey hey! I've been noticing the Workshop has been pretty dead lately. I can't tell exactly, but it looks like we've had maybe three entries in the last month or so. Anybody have something to liven things up?

Thank you, everyone. That's some good juice. If we can get a few more beside the usual participants, that would be even better. Feel free to dig stuff up you posted on the OG if need be. And let's try to stay in the habit of regularly checking the Workshop for new entries, particularly when it's a new member sharing for the first time. Remember, the Workshop is quite literally the only reason writing forums still exist. Other digital mediums are adequate substitutes for everything but the streamlined critique of long format text documents. I know critiquing is a big ask and everyone has real life to attend to, but it is the lifeblood of the community. But like a train, it takes a lot of energy to get moving, but once she's steaming... er... fill out the rest of metaphor.

I'll try to get a few more in. Maybe I'll try to do my good old more detailed style of critique depending on the amount of free time I end up with today.

I might also post something of mine depending on how I'm feeling. Last time, I had a pretty good experience! Certainly light years better than trusting some AI thing to predict what actual humans would think.
