Does any of you guys tried writing a serial story (whether in-print or digital like a website)?

Good day everyone, I hope you had a blessed day.

I've been thinking of making my first story that I have in my mind to be a web serial, since I thought it could be a good way to show my writing while posting new chapters, probably because I know I can be lazy writing a full novel without getting distracted easily. I wanna know if you guys tried writing one.

I've never done this, but I know there are several sites out there where people can post stories a chapter at a time. I don't know enough to give examples, but maybe someone else does. Is this what you mean?

I did years ago. Gotbup to chapter 7 before the website announced they were closing.
Then I entertained the idea of Wattpad. Got as far as making an account. But then changed my mind.

I am curious, what made you decide that you'll not use Wattpad?

Wasnt anything against Wattpad.
I decided I wanted to query the manuscript to agents instead.
