I'm Cam, a ghostwriter and avid reader looking for camaraderie. =) Writing can be such an isolating craft.
The usual social media groups on Discord, X, etcetera leave a lot to be desired for me. Their short-form messaging doesn't allow me to build deeper relationships with people, and I'd like to become part of a community I can engage with for many years to come (providing the internet doesn't crash and burn).
These days me and my only bookish and writerly friend can't agree on anything, hence my looking over the fence at others with literary interests. She and I can talk cats or something, as we often do.
My beloved genres are sci-fi and fantasy, more the former than the latter, and I also enjoy reading classics or older books. I read a bit of romance too, though I have very specific tastes and can't always find what I'm looking for.
