Hobbyist writing and short stories; and I'm familiar with tropes from the 00's onwards, which is why I often reference them a lot! I also am an Aussie!

Several monthly contests here. Limited to members,I gravitate to the Poetry, and Flash Fiction contests. They provide a theme.
I'm long time hobby writer, and would only write what I was inspired to write.
It's different not being particularly inspired ,
and needs to be submitted by a certain date.
