I decided to sign up to the new forum as a former member of the previous one. I miss forums, they are a lot more preferable to most social media. Though it is sad that the previous forum and another I frequented have been in rough places lately.

Anyway, I am a science fiction and fantasy writer. While I'm not properly published on places like Amazon. I have posted serials and other short stories. The hardest part of the process seems to be getting feedback so I'm hoping to help others and also improve my craft a little along the way.

What kind of fantasy do you like best? Sword-and-sandal? "High" fantasy (as epitomised by Tolkien et al.)? Comic fantasy (e.g. Sir Terry Pratchett)? "Cosy" fantasy (e.g. Travis Baldtree)? Do share.
