How Would an Off-Duty Nurse Test/Treat a Concussion Patient at Home?

In my WIP, the protagonist and their friend got into an altercation and when they get to the protagonist's house his mother who is a nurse on her day off checks them both for a concussion. What tests would she run with home equipment? Google showed me a series of questions she would ask to test for coordination, memory, problem solving, balance, etc, but are there other tests she would run with first-aid equipment for example?

Obviously, she can treat any external wounds such as cuts or abrasions normally, but in sport (specifically in cricket), those tests seem to be enough for them to decide whether a patient is fit to continue playing, or whether they need to be taken off and sent to hospital for treatment.

Nope!
additional tests for concussions include MRIs and CT scan. these cant be done with home aid kits at all.
I know doctors will have you observe the person with the concussion for certain signs like vomiting, bleeding from nose and ears and spontaneously passing out.
That was how a friend of mine found out her kid had a concussion. she hit her head at school, nurse said she was fine then on the way home, the kid passed out and was unconscious for 30mins.

My wife is a nurse and does these all the time when she works in schools. Kids falling off the jungle gym (jim?) Or running face first into walls. There's no equipment or anything. Just the standard observational tests, of which, Google is probably accurate. They call for the ambo if there's even a remote chance of any injury or if anyone actually loses consciousness.

Just to add to what has already been said, since they hadn't been evaluated at all, she could also check pupil response and blood pressure (if she has a cuff), pulse, respiratory rate. Those are just standard vital signs that you always check though. If you wanted more than just the standard questions.
