Mind you, it's currently your turn. These rosters don't include that. The idea is basically the same so I'll let @Luxuria choose. If she is tight for time, the second one is the best because she can write in advance and have lots of time if you agree not to write anything about the prison lab during this turn.

I know this is all a bit messy but we'll return to normal afterwards, so no worries
