What's the first thing she says?

(note: they were never together, so he isn't cheating; she loves him and always held out hope he'd choose her)

If she is able to walk in on him in bed I imagine they are close?

Her feelings and reaction, and whether or not she would reveal them, would depend on her personality. Is she self-centered?

If they are not together, and she is a reasonable person, I think her first feeling would be embarrassment? She'd run away, apologizing profusely, and do her crying when she is alone. She might get mad at herself for thinking there had been a possibility to hook up with him.

they are childhood friends.
and technically its not HIS bed she finds him in... the woman he's with has been recovering from an illness (all better now). he's been staying with her to look after her during her recovery.
The subject of the thread stops by to see him, knowing that he's there. but not knowing they'd be TOGETHER together.

she thinks the other woman is "less-than." when the guy confided his feelings about the other woman, she told him NOT to go for her as she believed the woman would break his heart. and yes, she's very self-centered.

She is not a reasonable person lol.
instead of running away crying, she leaves and waits for him to come out, and then hurdles insults at him in a very "you hurt me so i must hurt you" kind of way (yes, a very healthy way of dealing with rejection 😅)

Her initial outburst is what lets them know she's there and saw them... and then the dominoes fall after that

Then she is more likely to react with anger. So, she makes a scene? Wouldn't she react in the moment, right there at the bed, instead of waiting for him? Only her feelings matter, after all. She wouldn't care what the woman thinks. Maybe sneer at the woman, too. Maybe call her a name?

He'd have to spring up out of the bed and guide her out of the room.

"you hurt me so i must hurt you"

So, she manipulates him? Maybe manipulates him with guilt? I think then her reaction is to make it all about her.

"After everything I have done for you, you betray me this way?"

"How could you put me in this position?"

"You have broken my heart! How could you?"

"I never thought you'd stoop this low."

"I thought you were different. But you're just a regular dick."

Is there swearing in your world? Or a deity to invoke? From your description, it sounds like she's shouting.

Deity's sakes, dude, you just couldn't expletive stop yourself, could ya?

Deity's sakes, dude, would it be too much to expletive ask that you keep your organ-specific expletive in your pants for five expletive minutes?

Followed up by a further "could ya/would it?" shouted even louder.

Simply invoking deity, then repeating invocation, turning and slamming the door could work too.

On a more snide level, she could ask "having fun?" or "that didn't take long, now did it?" or "I see you're all better now" or "I see he's taking good care of you. Isn't that just expletive lovely?"

I really hope there's expletives in your world.

I reckon her first reaction is hurt, and then accusatory. I dunno, "fuck you" might work, even though it is quite ironic, given what she's just walked in on. Her reaction is possibly centred on him first, then switches towards who he was in bed with, depending on how strongly she feels towards each person, but it sounds like it's more grounded towards him, since she presumably has known him longer. It also depends on how volatile she is. Does she react in cold fury, or hot anger?

I'm guessing a threesome is out of the question? Other than that, I got nothing.
I saw a Thai horror movie named Nam Man Prai/Corpse Oil. I think the woman walked in on her boyfriend(husband?) in bed with another woman. Then she tried to force herself to take part in a threesome but then turned into some sort of demon.

I think you're thinking of one of the segments in Bangkok Haunted.

Your profile picture makes this all the more funny
It's a blurry pic of an ethnic minority warrior dude.
On another note if the other woman was ill before she could say to the man "Be careful of STDs!". I have run out of ideas for now hehe.

I had that unsettling experience once. Fortunately, I recognized the car out front, which gave me time to gather my brain cells together and plan a nice little writerly scene. I sashayed myself into the love nest, tossed his housekey on the bed, and said, "I hope she babysits." That was particularly satisfying since I took care of his daughter while he worked, and he was stuck without childcare the next day.

To tell you the truth, that moment may've been the highlight of the relationship.
