Waaasssuuuppp!!!

I'm anxiously awaiting our first sign-up from someone who wasn't a member of the old forum. That'll be a milestone.

EDIT: Not counting spammers. I see a number of them already signed up.

Also, all the stories in the .org member thread are great. It's not just the members who were presently active that are crossing the cyber borders, but also old members. That's probably a lot better than you'd think.

I'm not sure who this Monika is. My pf is just Misuzu from the old Air visual novel. I like the retro summer magic it has. I grew up in Greece and the summers I spent there were unreal. I'm an adult now and I can't really live those summers in the same way I did in my childhood days, but I'll never forget that magic in them.

Summer is just special. It's called καλοκαιρι in Greek, which is a very romantic combination of the Greek words for "good" and "weather". It sounds lame when it's put like that, but that's just what often happens when you translate. Translation is a skill of it's own.

Wow! Huh, I looked her up, and you're right! From the back, Misuzu really looks like Monika. The coloring of the hair, plus the ponytail, combined with the white bow tie in the back really made me think it was her. Monika is a character from a horror visual novel called "Doki Doki Literature Club". Perhaps she was inspired by her?

Anyway, the game Misuzu is from looks cool, and I like the aesthetic you're describing. I want to play it now, lol.
Sounds like it'd be the perfect game to finish during my summer. I'm adding that to my Wishlist.

Your avatar was always one of my favorites. It took me a few years to get it, I think, staring at the tiny picture and not thinking much about it. Then at some point it dawned on me: it's a bunch of shoes with reflections of people that should be in the shoes but aren't!
