Which newsletter sender is the best?

I'm using Mailerlite at the moment but they've reduced the subscriber limit to 500. Like them, others seem too expensive in the non-free tier. Which one do you use and why? Which ones are the best for subscriber limit and deliverability (which I found a good reason for using Mailerlite?)
