Day 305: New Banner and Facebook

Hey hey! New banner is up and the Facebook business page is good to go (I needed the graphics to get that going). Check it out under "writingforum.org." There's nothing but a few test posts, but please follow along if you feel comfortable doing that. I'm not 100% sure what we'll do with it besides the basics, but I'll be linking it to an IG account soon.

Regarding the banner, it's very easy to change. This was largely an experiment to make sure everything worked on both the Forum end and FB. What do we think? Too big? I think it's too big, but I don't want it teeny tiny either. And how about the center vs the left... ignoring muscle memory concerns, of course. It's all changeable. Let me know.

Those are unreadable in smaller aspects... scalable classic serif fonts are mission critical.

I tried searching The Book of Faces for writingforum.com, writing forum, writingforum, writingform com, but none of these searches directed me to your site! Maybe it's my problem as I am not very familiar with this platform.

I like the logo - size is proper on desktop, font is fine. Nice and simple.

If it's really new maybe it hasn't been indexed yet for search? IDK how facebook does these things, but maybe give it *licks finger and holds it up to check the wind* 24 hours, and try again?

When I searched for writingforum.org on Facebook I found it under all, but not under pages.

Ohhhhhhh. Didn't even notice it. I come onto the forum, click the symbol for alerts, and don't pay much attention to the sidebar.

Thanks for the graphic graphic. I do well with overt, pointed, and slightly exasperated instruction.
