Couldn't find a kevlar collar, but bought the toughest one in the pet store. We shall see how it fares.

When the snow piles up and the wind blows it into drifts and one can't get out of the driveway, one has a great excuse to stay home, read a good book, and eat Cheetos (if one had the foresight to buy some before the blizzard.
 
Been 40c thereabouts the past two days.
I saw snow once years go up the mountains. Didn't like it.
 
I can't remember if Canada is metric or hamburgers per football field like the americans.
 
Yeah, it got up to 10 C on Thursday, and then the temperature plummeted
 
I've got to get to my cooking now. We have a big family potluck event today and I've got a couple of dishes I need to bring!
 
This is a particularly lazy morning. Snow on the ground and at 9:30 I haven't bothered to change out of my night jammies into my day jammies. Beginning to feel twinges of guilt, though, so guess I'll go find something more presentable to wear.
