"¡Ándale! ¡Ándale! ¡Arriba! ¡Arriba! ¡Epe! ¡Epe! ¡Epe! Yeehaw!"

(Definitely not me in the morning)

Thank you, Louanne. I don't speak Spanish, and I always wondered what Speedy was saying. :)

I tried running this through Google Translate, and it said this meant "Go! Go! Go! Go! Go! Go! Go! Yeehaw!"

...

I think Google Translate is lying. ;) Any idea what Speedy is saying?

Definition of

an Idea … a broad, abstract thought

a hypothesis … a testable prediction

a theory … a well-substantiated explanation

Where does the science of ‘multiverse’ land?

I would say it's both an idea and a hypothesis.

One can have an idea without a hypothesis. That's fine.

Unfortunately, one can also have a hypothesis that evolves into theory and leads to action without a single idea to back it up.

Trying to find the right emoji but just imagine one wearing shades and an overcoat with its hand to mouth whispering:
Don't mention the "c" word.

But yeah, exactly...but not only.

Was Galileo the first science denier to be punished?
When he was under house arrest for saying the earth revolved around the sun.

Going to my sister's in Toronto today. I love going to her house and I am crazy about her family.

But wish us luck with the traffic!

the first science denier

I'm not sure, but there were certainly a lot burned at the stake for heresy before him.

One charge against Joan of Arc was that she wore men's clothes.

Years ago, in conversation with one of my sisters, I asked what she thought I should do to become unbaptised. She suggested committing an original sin. Harder than you might think.
