Not Hail Mary, but "born of the Virgin Mary"

And one difference between Catholic and Protestant Apostle's Creed is the capitalization of Catholic

In Catholic creed:

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Holy Catholic Church,
the communion of Saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and life everlasting.

In Church of England:

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting.
Amen.

The first time I heard of Hail Mary as last resort was in an American football video game and have heard it in other contexts since, but mostly US contexts. I could recite the prayer in my head just now, which kinda surprised me.

Moving on, my wife returns tomorrow after a week in Florida and a week in London. My devolution will pause momentarily until she goes away again in a couple of weeks.

Spent some time today with my five-year-old grand-nephew and seven-year-old grand-niece. Love those kids

Haven't been popping in a ton this week, but just wanted to shout somewhere into the void about the Jays finally getting their bats back. 5 home runs tonight, 13 runs, currently in the 9th inning. Let's go! 🇨🇦
