What are you grateful for today? At the risk of looking like a suck up I'm really grateful for and owner and co admin @Homer Potvin . I've wanted to do what we're doing here for years , but although i have the know how i don't have the resource to afford it, so its massive that Homer has stepped up to make this place a reality

And it goes without saying that I'm grateful for @big soft moose. I've wanted to do this for years, too, but didn't have the confidence or know-how. He's made the know-how easy. And all the members who kept the old ship running made the confidence part easy. Building the ship was a breeze but having a crew to operate it would otherwise have taken years. I'm very grateful that we don't have to worry about any of that anymore!

I'm grateful for the name change to this thread... I was never really comfortable with "gratitudinous"

And, yeah, also grateful to @Homer Potvin for putting his money where his mouth is and getting this crate off the ground whilst learning the ropes so very quickly, and also to @big soft moose for helping with them ropes. These dudes have climbed a mountain in record time.

So, okay, "gratitudinous" is out. I'm grateful, anyway, for the work that's been done by Homer and the Moose (what a great name for a rock band). Now more than ever we need this place to hang out. I'm okay with a group hug, but no celebratory dancing.
