In the soonish future I intend to recite and upload my first story somewhere, such as Youtube. So I made this post, inspired by J.T's to see if anyone had any opinions on my title and the background.
The main title for my work and all works set in this universe will probably be: An Eye of a Sun
So for example, story one may be called: An Eye of a Sun: Dragon Blood
Story two: An Eye of a Sun: Sterci
What is your opinion my main title? And does it fit the background I will use?
Will the details on the star segments change with the title? Because, if so, that'd be cool. The dragon details on the segments framing the eye really goes along with the title, however, the blue sapphires dont? I almost wish they were rubies (red like blood).
Lastly, my only thing about the main title is "An".... "Eye of the Sun" or even "THE Eye of the Sun".
Something about "An" makes it seem less like a title and more like a subtitle
The idea behind the title is to make it sound a bit more casual, like just another eye of just another sun. Make it sound like a multitude and no specific sun. If that makes sense. That it currently sounds more like a subtitle is something I need to ponder.
I would love to find another artist that can continue with the symbol and make variants of it. I have many ideas and your idea is great in that it should be different for each story, I really like that. The original artist behind this symbol has vanished from Fiverr sadly. But I'm sure I can find another as skilled.
