Out of 4,774 recipes in my database, dill is uniquely utilized in exactly one: the jalapeno tartar sauce. To be fair, the tartar sauce is used in 8 menu items, so technically that's 9 recipes, but only one at the prep stage. That's all I have to say about dill.

You'd think so, but restaurants are never targeted for cyber attacks. They don't really make money. We do $15 million plus in revenue but might have less than a grand in cash on hand on the wrong Tuesday in the wrong month where payroll hit 5 times instead of 4. And restaurant people are pack mule stupid.
