You guys really need to work on your cat-related poetry.

The cat sat on the mat ... oh wait, that's been done. ;) How about:

Felines ...
Nothing more than felines ...

And apropos of nothing, another idea. Suppose you're working on a story set down on the farm(TM), and something spooks the cows, and they stampede. So two panicking cowhands go off to find the boss.

Cowhand #1: Boss! Ya gotta come quick! *gasp* It's Phil -- he's been hit by --
Cowhand #2: (horrified) -- he's been struck by --
Cowhand #1 & 2: (chorusing in an awed whisper) A moo criminal.
Boss: (tough, no-nonsense type) Prairie patties!* Will you two jokers stop goofin' off and get back to work?! 'Cos lemme tell ya, (yelling) I am not amoosed!

___________________________
* Feel free to replace "Prairie patties!" with "Prairie pancakes!" or "Thundering gherkins!" Think of Col. Potter from M*A*S*H. ;)

Same here. We're having a girls night out tomorrow - early dinner at Valentino's in Hamilton (what should I order?) -

And then we are going to a concert in the "candlelight series" at the Westdale Theatre, a tribute to ABBA, with classical strings.

I hear it is amazing -

So the weather better be good tomorrow!!

What the hell is Rose sauce? Is that the Canadian equivalent of pink vodka or tomato cream?

Rose sauce. If it is made of rose flowers, then it is edible.

At 4:00 this afternoon, the temperature was a record breaking high of 56 degrees. Six hours later, it is 20 degrees and there are two inches of snow on the ground. If we don't get today's Whiplash Weather Award, I'm going to be disappointed.

56 degrees Fahrenheit? Because I use Celsius for the temperature measurement where I'm from.

Yep. Where on the big blue marble are you located?

Tomato sauce with cream... madone a mia. The color alone would put a person right off their appetite.
