Hey @Louanne Learning! In your last post, where exactly is Rennie? Is he still in the British Quarter or in the Walled City proper?
I would say that the marketplace is in the walled city.
It's fantastic! Adds an intriguing dimension to the story. And gives me a good prompt for my next entry!!

I hadn't really thought about it yet! This is something we can decide together.
I did have a thought - that something happens to put Min in danger, and Rennie helps her.
Maybe someone appears while they are at the marketplace and threatens Min, then an action scene ensues!

Jiàn and Shaohua shared a mentor in Tobais Locke, at the Palace of the Blades.
@ellekaldwin – is Locke still there? Should we add this Palace to our settings?
Jiàn has some resentment against Shaohua, or at least his position when they were teenagers.
Tobias Locke is obsessed with finding “the third” – the mechanical heart that we have hinted is in the possession of Rennie.
Locke is tracking down Cedarheart and Shiyun.

No, Locke isn't there still. He's hiding out...somewhere lol. I haven't decided where.

Sorry for the late reply, but he works alone. He, along with Jian, studied under a shared mentor but had different ideologies. Jian went east to the Himalayas, Locke went west.
