Got to use some of my garlic! made Na'an breads. First, brush with olive oil and heavy on the minced garlic. Bake at 400 for a couple of minutes to slightly cook the garlic. Then layer on chopped broccoli, Feta, and pine nuts, topped with Havarti slices. bake at 400 for 5 minutes, then broil for 2

Erm... did they? I don't remember anyone doing that.

I do know they were sued (unsuccessfully) by a family whose phone number was 362-4368 because apparently a LOT of Americans thought "hey" was "8" and called them. A lot. lol.

Being an Aussie, I know it. I also thought about writing a ad jingle for cut-price assassins 'removing' an infamous Eastenders character. "Dirty Den's Done, Dirt Cheap."

See, I thought Bon Scott might have been saying "6-tay" like 60, instead of "hey" but was never sure. I don't think he even knew, and he's too dead to ask now.

Wow. I like garlic, but y'all make me look like a total slacker. Takes us a couple of weeks to use up a bulb.

It's the pastas. There isn't one of them that uses less than 3 cloves. Unless it's the full tomato batch with meatballs. That's nearly the whole bulb.

Actually, there are some Thai sauces that use more than that. And anything Mexican, usually because I do some kind of salsa on the side, and those just inhale garlic.
